Your address, birthdate and place of birth are collected by the
Studentensekretariat when you immatriculate. Twice a year,
they are transferred into SignUp.
This is why there is no option for you to change your address or name (e.g. after marriage) yourself. You will have to report these changes to the Studentensekretariat.
An exception from this rule is that you can enter your email address, mobile phone number and homepage, if you want to.
The idea is to enable the Institutssekretariat to reach you.
Only the Institutssekretariat and you yourself have access to the data stored in SignUp.
Exams (including Orientierungsprüfung and Zwischenprüfung are reported to the Studentensekretariat. These reports do not include separate credits or any other additional information.
